We hope you're satisfied with your BH Home Store purchase. However, if you find it unsuitable, you have the option to return or exchange unwanted items within 30 days after receiving your order. How long do refunds take?
The time it takes to receive a refund depends on how your item is returned and the method you used to pay. The refund will be issued for your order as soon as the item arrives with us. Please allow a few days for parcel shop drop-offs. We will notify you as soon as this happens. The time for the refund to reach you will depend on your method of payment:
- Card Payment – 3-5 working days once the item has arrived with us.
If any item that we deliver to you arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily replace or refund it. for refunds and replacements - kindly you can use our Return Portal here.
The time it takes for your refund depends on how and when you returned the item.
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days.
